If there were a car that combines style, beauty and performance Audi would have been a worthy candidate for that title. One such Audi will be the A6, which fall in the middle class between the A3 and the A8. The car has undergone a transformation that will certainly turn heads.

An aluminium body and high tech steel starts the list of goodies in the A6 basket. This makes it light, stiff and safe. The long engine hood, the low, sweeping roofline and the prominent lines on the flanks create a dynamic overall appearance. Optional Light Emitting Diode headlights emphasize the striking expression at the front.

Under the bonnet is a twin supercharged 3.0 TDI (Turbo Direct Injection) V6 engine generating 300 bhp. It propels the A6 from zero to 100 km/h in 6.1 seconds and will push it to a limited top speed of 250km/h. It only needs six litres of fuel for every 100 km covered. The engines is fitted with a start stop mechanism, which stops the engine when idle, and resume it immediately after the driver lets go of the brakes.

One can choose from different materials of either leather, alcantara or a combination of the two. In terms of music, a number of components are available, such as a DVD changer, a digital radio tuner, the Audi music interface for integrating a mobile player, a TV module, and the Bose surround sound system.

The pinnacle of all sound systems is the 1,300-watt Advanced Sound System from Bang & Olufsen. The car connects with Google maps to search a desired destination. One can also access the internet in internet hotspots as the car has a WLAN receiver. The centre screen display information while a touch pad acts like a keyboard.
